It is recommended for children over two years of age to aid in swim training.

The swim trainer is made of the highest quality nylon construction with a built-in inner tube for maximum bouyancy.

Simply fill up the tube with a bicyle pump, put on over the childs' shoulders and secure between the legs. 

This is not a lifesaving device and is made so  the child will have difficulty removing the tube himself.
