For your consideration is Aquador skimmer closure system model 1090 for an approximate 8"X8" skimmer. It has 10 screw holes.

To install the first time you must drain your water to below the skimmer and simply replace the plate.  Snap on the patented Aquador cover by pressing firmly around the entire perimeter then refill your pool to the original level.

After installation you will not have to lower your pool water at closing again. This is a time saving as well as a cost effective way to close your pool.
